How to Enroll

While every person's situation is unique, there are some basic qualifications that you will need before enrolling yourself or your loved one at Opportunity Village.

• Do you have a Document of Disability?
• Are you at least 16 years of age?

If you meet those qualifications, a face-to-face meeting will be set up with an Intake Specialist at Opportunity Village. Please contact Amanda Shipp at 702-880-4036 or shippa@opportunityvillage.org to find out if you qualify.
