Enable supports people with severe intellectual and physical disabilities, and related conditions. People in Enable participate in various activities and rehabilitative initiatives; these activities include: American Sign Language (ASL) classes, reading classes, pet therapy, socialization, and community outings. Rehabilitative initiatives include: hand-over-hand prompting, motor skills exercises, and other skills training to promote development. The cornerstone of Enable is community volunteerism, with participants spending several hours each week giving back to Southern Nevada.
