It is with great excitement that we announce the promotions of two outstanding leaders of our Opportunity Village family.
Effective June 1, Tracy Brown-May will be moving to a Chief Administrative Officer role, and Chuck Neuwohner a Chief Program Officer role.
Tracy has been with Opportunity Village for 20 years and has contributed greatly in her role as Director of Advocacy, Board, and Government Relations. Tracy has served as the organization’s public policy and Board liaison for the past 15+ years; started A Team NV and created the Ambassador Corps at Opportunity Village.
Chuck has been with Opportunity Village for 7 years and, in that time, has served in roles integral to the vision for services. Most recently, in his role as Director of Program Services, Chuck oversaw the launch of expanded services, including the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) services, virtual supports, and expanded nursing.
Both Chuck and Tracy have more than 10 years of experience in their respective industries and have consistently committed themselves to our organization and the OV Way. We have no doubt they will continue to brilliantly represent Opportunity Village and shine as our Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Program Officer.
Tracy will oversee all the administrative functions of Opportunity Village, including Advocacy, Board Management, Government Relations, Human Resources, Volunteer Management, Marketing, and Communications. Chuck will continue to oversee all programming and residential teams and all Opportunity Village programming initiatives, as well as virtual supports.
