Eligibility: Holiday Passport Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Employees and representatives of Opportunity Village (“Adminstrator”) and of any Prize Participants identified at the end of these Official Rules, and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal.

How to Enter: To be entered into the drawing you must pick up a passport booklet and have all locations stamped in your passport. Once all stamps have been received you can then fill out the entry form at one of the prize participating holiday locations, between November 4, 2025, at 5:00pm PT and January 4, 2025, at 5:00pm PT (“Entry Period”). Administer will collect all entry forms on Monday, January 5 from all participating locations. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding entry.

Prizes; Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”); and Odds: One (1) winner will receive a grand prize basket that includes the following: Family four (4) pack of tickets to the 2026 Magical Forest from Opportunity (ARV: $100), 2026 Season Pass from Glittering Lights (ARV: $129 each), $50 gift card from Downtown Summerlin (ARV: $50), two (2) VIP tickets Hansel & Gretel from Nevada Ballet Theatre (ARV: $200), and Four (4) tickets to 2026 Big League Weekend; angels vs athletics on March 8, 2026 at the Las Vegas Ballpark from Enchant (ARV: $120). The total ARV of all prizes awarded is $603 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any applicable taxes and all other costs/expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Administrator is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Administrator reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Limit one (1) prize per household. See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding acceptance of prizes.

Random Drawing and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and will be announced on January 6, 2026, at approximately 12:00pm PT. Winner will be contacted via telephone or email on or about January 6, 2025, using the contact information given at the time of entry in order to verify eligibility and confirm them as winners. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update the Administrator of any change in email address. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) at Administrator’s discretion before they are confirmed as the winner. In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Administrator (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. If a winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

General: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to, where legal, Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries or designees’ use of his/her/their name, city and state of residence, and likeness (including photos and/or videos) for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. The winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes on the prizes, including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a prize. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Administrator and Prize Participants and its respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury, or loss or damage to property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Administrator is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, rules, administration of this Sweepstakes or in the announcement of winners and prizes. In the event Administrator is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as planned is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment/internet/connectivity failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence),

Administrator shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize from among all eligible entries received up to that date. Administrator is not responsible for and may disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost.. Entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute, regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Administrator has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Administrator’s sole discretion.

Privacy Policy/Data Collection: Entrants information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver prize, and Administrator will use such information in accordance with Administrator’s privacy practices. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is subject to Administrator’s privacy policy located at: https://www.opportunityvillage.org/privacy-policy.

Governing Law: All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
