Opportunity Village Unveils Medal for the 2025 Las Vegas Great Santa Run
LAS VEGAS (August 12, 2025) – Today, Opportunity Village revealed the 2025 Las Vegas Great Santa Run medal, which features a keepsake Santa Run logo pin atop a craps table and dice adorned with a Las Vegas Great Santa Run sign styled as a nod to the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign.
The 21st Annual Las Vegas Great Santa Run, hosted by Opportunity Village covers a 5k or 1-mile course in downtown Las Vegas, packed with entertainment. The event is scheduled for Dec. 6 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, 200 S. 3rd Street.
“We can’t wait for this year’s event, and as the pieces come together we’re excited to share them with the Las Vegas Great Santa Run community,” said Bob Brown, President and CEO of Opportunity Village.
To register, visit www.lvsantarun.com. Registration is $42.50 per participant through September 29, then prices go up to $52.50. The Las Vegas Great Santa Run is an all-ages event, and children under 3 are free. Pets, strollers, wheelchairs, and walkers are welcome. This year’s entertainment lineup includes Murray Sawchuck and the OV Elvi, with many surprises to come.
All proceeds from the event go to support Opportunity Village in its mission to employ, empower, and serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Nevada.
