The village uses smart living design for accessibility and is built to foster a sense of community — center-facing townhomes encourage porch living and community interaction. The central clubhouse includes amenities like a gym, pool, spa, and multipurpose spaces for social and recreational activities.

Residents are supported with 24-hour on-site security and personal support services.

A pioneering community feature is that residents are encouraged to take on leadership roles. For example, the village has a resident mayor who helps new residents settle in, organizes events, and addresses community issues, fostering a sense of responsibility and belonging.
