WELCOME
Opportunity Village is a not-for-profit organization that serves people with intellectual disabilities. We provide them with vocational training, employment and social recreation services that make their lives more productive and interesting. Through our programs and services, well over a thousand people with disabilities are learning vocational skills, working in jobs throughout the community, paying taxes and living more fulfilling lives.
EVENTS
Opportunity Village boasts some of the most unique fundraising events in Las Vegas. Whether it's the O-Vino Wine Tasting, the annual world record attempt with the Las Vegas Great Santa Run, the Camelot black tie gala or Opportunity Village's 3-acre winter wonderland, the Magical Forest, there is an event for everyone during the course of the year. Because of community donations, all of the proceeds from these events go directly to the men and women with intellectual disabilities served by Opportunity Village.
FAMILIES
Opportunity Village works hand-in-hand with the families of the people we serve to enhance their lives and offer any support that may be needed. We have become a wonderful resource for families of people with intellectual disabilites who are new to Las Vegas or new to Opportunity Village.
SUPPORTERS
Opportunity Village is 80% self-funded and would not be the organization it is today without the support of the amazing Las Vegas community. Whether it's a monetary donation, in-kind donation of products or services or an individual or company-wide volunteer effort, it truly does take a Village to provide a wonderful training atmosphere for the people we serve.
BUSINESS PARTNERS
Contract with Opportunity Village for packaging, shredding, document imaging, button creation and more! Opportunity Village trains, places and supervises its clients in all sorts of jobs at locations throughout Southern Nevada.
